We chose to keep the mulch from the stump grinding, and he was kind enough to move it to another area on our property so it was completely out of the way. I'm Mike Compton, owner and operator of SWVA Stump Co. After living in metro Atlanta for most of my life, my family and I moved to Southwest Virginia in 2022. We were looking for a family-friendly atmosphere, and since my wife grew up in the area, we knew this was the perfect place to call home. I started SWVA Stump Co in early 2025 to offer professional, reliable, and friendly property solutions to our local community.
